1. Click on “Register” on the top navigation in the upper right hand corner of the website
  2. Click the “Create Account” button in the left hand column of the screen (New Customers section)
  3. Fill in the billing information in the appropriate fields and click the “Continue” button
  4. Insert your credit card information and click the “Continue” button
  5. Review your order
  6. If you are satisfied with your order, agree to the terms of service and website terms of use by clicking on the box in the bottom left hand corner
  7. Click the “Place Order” button


  1. Click on “Store” on the top navigation
  2. Click the “Start Now” button to check out, will be added to the cart
  3. Click the “Start Now” button to proceed to registration and checkout

Activating Your Devices

  1. The device you are attempting to authenticate will ask you for your log-in and password
  2. Insert your log-in and password, and your device will be activated


  1. Your credit card will be charged each 30 days for each of the network subscriptions in your account

Managing Your Account

  1. Insert your log-in and password
  2. Click “My Account” on the top of the page
  3. Now you will be able to review each individual subscription
  4. Edit your Subscription to suspend or cancel your account

  1. Click on “Contact”
  2. Insert your first name, last name, email address and message in the appropriate fields
  3. Click the “Send” button
  4. A Smart Media, Inc. customer service representative will reply to your message
