HOW IT WORKS – SMARTTV.COM

Registration

  1. Click on “Register” on the top navigation in the upper right hand corner of the website
  2. Click the “Create Account” button in the left hand column of the screen (New Customers section)
  3. Fill in the billing information in the appropriate fields and click the “Continue” button
  4. Insert your credit card information and click the “Continue” button
  5. Review your order
  6. If you are satisfied with your order, agree to the SmartTV.com terms of service and website terms of use by clicking on the box in the bottom left hand corner
  7. Click the “Place Order” button

Buying Channels

  1. Click on “Store” on the top navigation
  2. Click the “Buy Now” button under the network you would like to purchase
  3. Click the “Add to Cart” button
  4. Click “Continue Shopping” to add another network – OR – click “Proceed to Checkout” to start your purchase
  5. Either enter your log-in and password to launch your transaction, or if you are new to SmartTV.com, click the “Register” button (see instructions above)

Activating Your Devices

  1. The device you are attempting to authenticate will ask you for your SmartTV.com log-in and password
  2. Insert your log-in and password, and your device will be activated

Billing

  1. Your credit card will be charged each 30 days for each of the network subscriptions in your account

Managing Your Account

  1. Insert your log-in and password
  2. Click “My Account” on the top of the page
  3. Now you will be able to review each individual subscription
  4. Edit your Subscription to suspend or cancel your account

Customer Service

  1. Click on “Contact”
  2. Insert your first name, last name, email address and message in the appropriate fields
  3. Click the “Send” button
  4. A Smart Media, Inc. customer service representative will reply to your message
